Make an appointment with a GP
You can make an appointment by phone (015-7999050) or online.
If you are not a registered patient yet and you make an appointment by phone, please also fill out the online registrationform before your appointment.
Before you can make an online appointment it is necessary to register in the online system, also if you already are a registered patient by filling out the paper form.
